      Grace, this is the missing key for lasting results. Mood altering emotions with eating only works temporarily. When the pain, stress, and baggage is addressed, then there is no need to mood alter your emotions. Then we replace the counter-productive eating habits with healthier ones that get our needs met and make us feel satisfied.
