Neck Pain Relief – Self Neck Massage Part 1/2
Looking for neck pain relief? How about a couple minutes of neck pain relief self neck massage for huge neck pain relief. This is one of the more useful techniques if you use it will work like a charm.
Use this technique every day for a few minutes and your neck will loosen up dramatically and feel much better.
Go slow and easy on your neck at first, or you might be sore. Don’t overwork yourself or be too aggressive, especially if you haven’t had much work done on your neck. Try to use a combination of some of my other self neck massage techniques for more relief.
